Make sure you have the right branch. Missing Bean’s East Oxford roastery and Jericho Coffee Traders’ Osney Mead café are separate outings from their central shops. Despite the name, JCT’s High Street café is in the centre, not Jericho.

The Missing Bean
Missing Bean’s original café at 14 Turl Street serves a seasonal house espresso and rotating single-origin coffees, with bags to buy. Stop here before exploring the colleges, or ask about a bag of beans to take home. The published Sunday opening is 10am, so plan coffee later if you’re out early. Jericho Coffee Traders
Jericho Coffee Traders at 105 High Street is the central choice for coffee, cake and views towards University Church and Brasenose College. The separate Osney Mead roastery café lists toasties and a children’s play area. It closes on Sundays except for coffee-school attendees. Society Café
Society Café at 12–16 St Michael’s Street is useful for an early weekday start: its Oxford page lists 7.30am opening Monday–Friday, compared with 9am at weekends. Choose it just off Cornmarket before the shops or colleges. The venue page doesn’t confirm laptop rules or sockets. NewGround’s Ship Street café and wine bar is a central option later in the day: the location page lists opening until 8pm Monday–Saturday and 6pm on Sunday. Check the drinks being served at your planned time.
